Job Qualifications
- previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and teammates
- ability to communicate using multiple devices and operate handheld scanners
- work independently and as part of a team
- resolve guest questions quickly
- strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- deliver an exceptional guest experience by crafting quality beverages and food
- uphold Starbucks and food safety standards
- manage food and beverage processes including replenishment, stocking, and cleaning
- maintain awareness of promotional activities
- support Starbucks Drive Up to fulfill digital guest orders
- engage authentically with guests to exceed expectations
- complete required Starbucks training and follow safety compliance
