Job Requirements
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise safely including lifting up to 44 pounds
- Flexible work schedule with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 34°F to -10°F
- Ability to work in environments where allergens may be present
- Ability to remain mobile and maintain reliable attendance during scheduled shifts
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to communicate using multiple frequency devices and operate handheld technology
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve guest questions on the spot
- Attention to detail with the ability to follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by preparing quality handcrafted beverages and food during all operating hours
- Uphold and maintain all Food and Beverage, Starbucks brand, and food safety standards
- Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, stocking, zoning, and cleaning
- Maintain awareness of promotional activities within Starbucks and ensure accurate in-stock levels
- Support Starbucks Drive-Up process to fulfill digital orders accurately and timely
- Maintain a clean and inviting dining area throughout the day
- Engage guests authentically to meet and exceed expectations based on Starbucks standards
