Job Qualifications

- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively and operate technology devices

- Attention to detail with multi-step process adherence
- Ability to remain composed and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds safely
Job Duties
- Provide a consistent Starbucks experience for guests by curating handcrafted beverages and food
- Manage food quality and freshness according to safety guidelines
- Deliver exceptional guest service by prioritizing guest needs over tasks
- Uphold and maintain Food & Beverage standards and execution
- Execute food delivery, replenishment, rotation, signage, and storage processes
- Support Starbucks Drive Up and digital order fulfillment accurately and timely
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance in all Starbucks operational areas
