Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times
- Ability to handle physical demands such as climbing ladders and lifting up to 44 pounds
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments from 34F to -10F
- Ability to work in areas with common allergens
- Capability to remain mobile throughout an entire shift
- Compliance with all safety policies and reporting hazards
- Ability to accurately handle cash register operations as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to communicate effectively using multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Attention to detail in following multi-step processes
- Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn and complete all required training related to quality control and safety
Job Duties
- Provide a consistent Starbucks experience for guests by curating handcrafted Starbucks
- Manage food quality and freshness according to state and federal food safety and OSHA guidelines
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by maintaining fresh and abundant product availability during operating hours
- Uphold and maintain execution of Food & Beverage standards
- Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, inventory accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and organizing reserve product
- Support Starbucks Drive Up process to fulfill digital guest orders accurately and on time
- Engage with guests to meet and exceed Starbucks service standards
