Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
3 to 6 months of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of sanitation procedures
Open availability
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
Ability to write simple correspondence
Ability to perform basic math functions
Ability to perform basic computer and POS operations
Ability to stand, walk, talk, and hear for more than two-thirds of the time
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Compliance with dress code and personal grooming standards
Regular attendance and punctuality

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
3 to 6 months of related experience and/or training
Knowledge of sanitation procedures
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Ability to write simple correspondence
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
Ability to interpret and perform basic math functions
Ability to interpret and perform basic computer and POS system functions
Demonstrates high quality of work including accuracy and thoroughness
Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
Demonstrates initiative and accountability
Ability to work independently with little or no supervision

Job Duties

Provides personalized service to all guests
Consistently prepares drink orders according to franchise and Stonebridge guidelines
Maintains register and bank
Maintains accurate cash sheet
Responsible for cash drawer balancing
Regularly communicates and converses with all guests
Sets up and maintains pastry and drink displays in an attractive, organized, and clean manner
Takes inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed for each day
Stocks machines or dispensers
Prepares serving dishes, trays, utensils, cups, and paper products
Clears and cleans tables as they are vacated
Wipes up spills
Removes trash
Restocks self-service food and supplies as needed
Listens and responds to guest requests or concerns
Cleans and sanitizes counters, floors, storage areas, utensils, equipment, and common areas
Ensures compliance with franchise and Stonebridge standards
Maintains regular attendance and punctuality
Observes prescribed work, break, and meal periods
Maintains high standards of personal appearance and grooming
Performs other duties as requested by supervisor
