Job Requirements

Professional demeanor appropriate for a luxury environment
Able to handle a multitude of tasks in an ever-changing environment
Demonstrated ability to implement standards, procedures and sequence of service consistently
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Physically fit to lift, pull and push items up to 50 pounds
Requires standing, walking, reaching and bending throughout shift

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Ability to communicate in English
Knowledge of proper chemical handling and cleaning techniques
Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends

Job Duties

Prepare beverages to customer specifications
Make appropriate suggestion of food and beverages using suggestive selling and up selling techniques
Offer customer demonstrations and samples using brewing equipment
Maintain clean and organized workspace
Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
Follow store policy and procedures for operational flow at each station
Follow standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing products
