Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift, push, pull and/or carry 30 lbs
- ability to stand and move continuously
- hearing and visual ability to detect signs of emergency situations
- cash handling experience preferred

- No prior experience required
- prior Barista experience preferred
- ability to obtain any required food permits
- ability to effectively deal with guest and employee concerns in a friendly and positive manner
- basic mathematical skills
- excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills
- ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- ability to represent the company in a professional, well-groomed, courteous manner
Job Duties
- Accurately collect payments and distribute change
- operate a cash register
- provide fast and friendly customer service
- prepare Starbucks beverages
- provide quality beverages consistently for all customers
- maintain cleanliness of work area and perform general cleaning tasks
- follow standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating, and storing products
- comply with accounting guidelines for cash handling
- adhere to Marcus Hotels and Resorts policies and Marriott standards
