Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- 15 or more months of job-related experience
- Previous food service experience required
- Must have food safety certification
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Satisfactory completion of training program(s) and ability to show competencies
- Understand all aspects of the job and responsibilities
- Ability to set example and understand policies, procedures and guidelines
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist with training and guide staff on job duties, proper food safety and sanitation procedures, customer service
- Prepare and build food items according to standardized recipes and directions
- Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
- Set up workstations including prep tables and service counters
- Break down, clean, and sanitize workstations
- Serve food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating customer needs
- Replenish food items and ensure product is stocked to appropriate levels
