Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • 15 or more months of job-related experience
  • Previous food service experience required
  • Must have food safety certification
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Satisfactory completion of training program(s) and ability to show competencies
  • Understand all aspects of the job and responsibilities
  • Ability to set example and understand policies, procedures and guidelines

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Assist with training and guide staff on job duties, proper food safety and sanitation procedures, customer service
  • Prepare and build food items according to standardized recipes and directions
  • Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
  • Set up workstations including prep tables and service counters
  • Break down, clean, and sanitize workstations
  • Serve food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating customer needs
  • Replenish food items and ensure product is stocked to appropriate levels
