Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Hospitality or customer service experience recommended
- Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
- Ability to operate the telephone and POS software
- Ability to remain calm and well organized under pressure
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- Ability to stand for the majority of the shift
- Must be able to maintain service and sanitation standards
- Availability for required training and meetings

- Proficient in Micros POS system
- Basic math skills

Job Duties
- Provide guests with courteous, friendly, and efficient service
- Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival
- Take food and beverage orders and prepare all drink orders to Starbucks standards
- Relay orders to the kitchen through POS
- Total bills and accept payments
- Maintain service and sanitation standards according to health code regulations
- Inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Maintain the daily operations of the café through execution of daily side work
- Keep café clean and organized at all times
- Attend all required training and department meetings
