Job Requirements
- Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times
- Effectively communicate with associates and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner
- Listen to, understand, and clarify concerns raised by employees and guests
- Multitask and prioritize to ensure outstanding service
- Approach all encounters with guests and associates attentively and courteously
- Attend all required meetings and trainings
- Maintain regular attendance as per hotel standards
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance, uniform, and grooming
- Maximize efforts towards productivity and assist in implementing solutions
- Perform other duties as requested by management
- Available to work some weekends
- Ability to stand during entire shift
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
- Constant reaching, turning, and performing precision work
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated multitasking and prioritization skills
- Positive and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Basic math and cash handling skills
Job Duties
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume
- Anticipate customer and store needs by evaluating environment and customers
- Communicate information to manager to create a warm and welcoming environment
- Assist with new partner training by providing coaching
- Deliver outstanding customer service by connecting with customers and responding to their needs
- Follow operational policies including cash handling and safety
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Provide quality beverages and food products by adhering to recipes and presentation standards
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines
