Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Basic literacy
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- Satisfactory performance reviews
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Must be willing to complete Barista certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Commitment to upholding health, safety, and food safety guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in customer service or food service roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train and coach team members
- Knowledge of health and food safety standards
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in Barista training preferred or willingness to obtain
Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, and efficient customer service
- Determine customer needs and make product suggestions
- Assist in hiring new associates
- Coach and train new Baristas to certification
- Ensure compliance with store, company policies and procedures
- Follow all health, safety, and food safety guidelines
- Maintain customer service and equipment cleanliness
- Keep workstations neat and organized according to 5S standards
- Prepare a variety of customer beverage orders to company standards
- Perform cleaning tasks as scheduled
- Manage merchandising standards, stocking, and product rotation
- Ensure equipment maintenance procedures are followed
- Handle cash and register operations accurately
- Control inventory and order supplies
- Maintain accurate recordkeeping
- Complete Initial Store Training and Barista certification
- Perform other duties as assigned
