Job Requirements

- Hospitality or customer service experience recommended
- Ability to provide courteous, friendly, and efficient guest service
- Basic math skills
- Ability to operate telephone and POS systems
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide guests with courteous, friendly, and efficient service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Prepare all drink orders to Starbucks standards
- Prepare and serve food items
- Relay orders to the kitchen through POS
- Total bills and accept payment
- Maintain service and sanitation standards according to health code regulations
- Inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Maintain daily café operations through execution of side work
- Keep the café clean and organized
- Attend all required training and department meetings
