Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Hospitality or customer service experience recommended
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to operate POS systems and telephone
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods
- Capable of lifting up to 20 pounds
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must speak clearly and professionally

Job Duties
- Provide guests with courteous, friendly, and efficient service
- Prepare all drink orders to Starbucks standards
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Complete sales transactions and handle payment
- Maintain service and sanitation standards according to health regulations
- Inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Keep the cafe clean and organized at all times
- Attend all required training and department meetings
