Job Requirements
- Flexible to schedule from 5:30am to 4:00pm
- Available to work 25 to 35 hours per week
- Year-round availability
- Weekend and holiday availability
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Interest in preparing coffee and refreshments
- Knowledge of handling food according to state health codes
- Commitment to teamwork
- Maintain drink consistencies with interest in learning new recipes
- Ability to work in an energetic and fast-paced environment
- Must have the ability to be organized and clean
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage but not required
- Ability to memorize and follow detailed recipes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Interest in learning about coffee products and preparation methods
- Capable of working in a team setting
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Create meaningful and helpful customer interactions by showing appreciation and kind service
- Build positive relationships with coworkers through transparent communication and teamwork
- Prepare blended coffees and refreshments using Starbucks recipes following a unique creation sequence
- Memorize drink recipes to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Adhere to food handling standards according to state health codes
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, energetic environment
