Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety
  • Engage with and understand customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
  • Prepare food and beverages according to recipes including customized orders
  • Able to perform various tasks within the store during shifts
  • Act as Manager on Duty executing opening and closing duties
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to build relationships

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment
  • Experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Quick learner with ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts to support daily store operations
  • Coach and mentor partners to enhance performance and teamwork
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and respond to customer needs
  • Maintain Starbucks standards for quality, safety, and efficiency
  • Prepare food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
  • Act as Manager on Duty with opening and closing responsibilities
  • Perform various tasks within the store during each shift
