Job Duties
- Greets guests and takes beverage and food orders in a courteous and professional manner
- Prepares and serves beverages and food items accurately and timely
- Upsells additional menu items to enhance profitability
- Enters orders into the computerized system and processes payments
- Performs general cleaning tasks to maintain health and safety standards
- Ensures guest satisfaction through friendly and efficient service
- Adheres to Hilton Americas procedures and values during all interactions
