Job Requirements
- Available to be scheduled during booth hours year-round
- Must be available between 18 - 24 hours/week year-round
- Availability to work mid-shifts (9 am - 4 pm) is a must
- Availability to work evening/closing shifts (12 pm - 7:30 pm) is a must
- Availability to work 2 out of 3 weekend days (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and holidays is a must
- Previous Starbucks or barista experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Interest in preparing coffee and refreshments
- Handling food according to state health codes
- Have an interest in product knowledge to support exceptional customer service
- Teamwork
- Maintain drink consistencies with the interest in learning new recipes
- Work in an energetic and fast-paced environment
- Must have the ability to be organized and clean
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or barista experience preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and refreshments following Starbucks recipes and sequences
- Provide excellent customer service with appreciation and kindness
- Maintain consistent drink quality and memorization of recipes

- Adhere to state health codes for food handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and job efficiency
