Job Requirements
- Available to be scheduled during booth hours year-round
- Must be available between 18 - 28 hours per week year-round
- Flexible to schedule about 15 hours per week year-round
- Monday through Friday availability a must
- Availability to work 2-out-of-3 weekend days (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday) and holidays a must
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Interest in preparing coffee and refreshments
- Handling food according to state health codes
- Have an interest in product knowledge to support exceptional customer service
- Teamwork
- Maintain drink consistencies with the interest in learning new recipes
- Work in an energetic and fast-paced environment
- Must have the ability to be organized and clean
Job Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Interest in coffee preparation and customer service
- Ability to work well in a team
- Knowledge of food handling protocols
- Ability to memorize and replicate recipes accurately
- Experience in customer-facing roles preferred
- Willingness to work flexible schedules

- Prepare coffee and refreshments using Starbucks recipes
- Follow food safety and state health codes
