Job Requirements
- Available to work 18 to 28 hours per week year-round
- Must have weekday availability Monday through Friday
- Availability to work two out of three weekend days including Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Must be willing to work on holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Interest in preparing coffee and refreshments
- Ability to handle food according to state health codes
- Maintain consistency in drink preparation
- Ability to work in an energetic and fast-paced environment
- Must be organized and maintain cleanliness
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food preparation helpful
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to memorize drink recipes and follow procedures
- Interest in coffee and product knowledge
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Prepare coffee and refreshments according to Starbucks recipes
- Provide exceptional customer service with appreciation and kindness
- Maintain drink consistency through memorization of recipes
