Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills

Job Duties
- Greet every customer with eye contact and smile in your authentic way
- Acknowledge every waiting customer as soon as they arrive at the register to let them know you'll be right with them
- Listen to customer needs and ask appropriate follow-up questions to ensure you offer suitable products
- Ensure customers have an extraordinary experience while shopping
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in appropriate conversation
- Prepare and serve hand-crafted quality beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista work area
