Job Requirements
- Must have Saturday and Sunday availability
- Ability to work opening and closing shifts
- Willingness to adhere to company health and safety protocols
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to handle cash and payment processing responsibly
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a retail or dining environment preferred
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and coffee-making equipment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Attention to detail and reliability
Job Duties
- Warmly greets guests within 30 seconds of entering the concept
- Takes drink and food orders accurately
- Operates coffee making equipment including dismantling and cleaning machinery
- Prepares and presents beverages according to recipe and presentation standards
- Processes payments accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Handles cash, credit, and debit transactions following company cash handling policies
- Demonstrates knowledge and enthusiasm about the menu and products
