Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to access all areas of the building to respond to issues
- Ability to accurately handle cash register operations
- Capability to climb ladders and move merchandise safely
- Ability to lift or move products up to 44 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work in refrigerated and freezer environments
- Capability to stand and be mobile for the duration of scheduled shifts
- Commitment to comply with safety policies and report hazards
- Ability to work in varying temperature and humidity conditions
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to resolve guest questions quickly and effectively
Job Duties
- Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting guests and assisting their needs
- Help guests resolve issues for a smooth, easy shopping experience
- Uphold and maintain execution of food and beverage standards including replenishment, inventory accuracy and food safety
- Produce handcrafted Starbucks beverages and food items to recipe specifications
- Support Starbucks Drive Up process ensuring accuracy and timeliness of digital guest orders
- Maintain an inviting dining area and follow all cleaning tasks and food safety requirements
- Actively support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude
