Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- Ability to operate handheld scanners and related technology
- Capability to work in varying temperature conditions including refrigeration and freezer areas
- Must be able to climb ladders if necessary
- Ability to access all areas of the building
- Compliance with safety policies and procedures
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to accurately handle cash register operations if needed
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively using multiple devices
- Capable of working independently and in a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to remain composed in fast-paced environments
- Good customer service skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food safety and handling

Job Duties
- Provide a consistent Starbucks experience for guests by curating handcrafted beverages and food
- Manage food quality and freshness to meet standards
- Follow state and federal food safety and OSHA guidelines
- Greet guests warmly and assist with their needs
- Execute food and beverage processes including replenishment, inventory accuracy, cleaning, signing, and storing
- Support Starbucks Drive Up and Order Pick Up operations
- Maintain a clean and inviting dining area for guests
- Engage guests to exceed expectations
- Produce beverages and food to recipe specifications
- Monitor temperature-sensitive food items according to best practices
- Complete required cleaning and safety tasks
- Identify and process damaged or expired items
- Ensure accurate product ordering and inventory management
- Follow sampling best practices
- Complete training and certifications related to Starbucks quality control
- Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- Work safely and report hazards
- Support guest services including back-up cashier duties
- Comply with all relevant beverage laws
- Perform other duties as needed based on business requirements
