Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages according to company recipes and standards
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and engaging manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Stock and rotate merchandise and food items
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Assist in training new baristas and support team members
- Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines
