Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must comply with company policies and safety standards

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages including coffee and tea
- Engage with customers to provide welcoming and friendly service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Learn and share knowledge about Starbucks products and promotions
- Assist in stocking and merchandising of food, beverage, and merchandise items
- Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and customer satisfaction
- Follow health and safety standards in food handling and preparation
