Job Duties
- Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages according to company standards
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and surrounding areas
- Stock and replenish inventory as needed
- Engage with customers and fellow associates to foster a welcoming environment
- Operate coffee equipment safely and efficiently
- Promote Starbucks products, including merchandise and whole beans
