Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak shopping times
- Ability to handle cash register operations accurately
- Capable of lifting and moving merchandise up to 44 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to work in environments ranging from 34 degrees F to -10 degrees F
- Ability to remain mobile throughout a shift
- Willingness to adhere to safety policies and procedures
- Reliable and prompt attendance
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to resolve guest questions quickly
Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing fresh and abundant food and beverage options during all hours of operation
- Uphold and maintain the execution of Food & Beverage standards
- Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, stock rotation, cleaning, signing, and organizing reserve product
- Support the Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure digital guest orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Maintain an inviting dining area for guests throughout the shift
- Produce handcrafted beverages and food to specifications on recipe cards
- Follow all food safety requirements including monitoring temperature sensitive food items
