Job Duties
- Prepare coffee shop beverages
- prepare food items according to procedures
- ensure food and beverages are handled safely and work areas are clean
- operate cash register to process payments
- stock items and rotate merchandise displays
- maintain understanding of store programs and product locations
- use coffee shop and cash register equipment efficiently
- notify department lead about supply needs
- comply with company policies on security, cash handling, and product handling
- maintain cleanliness and safety in the department
- communicate store programs and promotions to customers
- follow PPE and safety guidelines
- follow food safety and cleaning expectations
- follow guest experience guidelines
- assist in other departments as needed
- perform additional assigned responsibilities
