Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times
- Physical capability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds and climb ladders
- Ability to work in varied temperature environments ranging from freezing to warm conditions

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
- Ability to operate multiple communication devices and handheld technology
- Strong teamwork and independent work skills
- Effective communication to resolve guest questions
- Attention to detail with ability to follow multi-step processes
- Ability to stay focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Provide a consistent Starbucks experience for guests by curating handcrafted beverages and food
- Manage food quality and freshness according to state and federal food safety and OSHA guidelines
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by prioritizing guest needs over tasks
- Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, inventory accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and organizing reserve product
- Support the Starbucks Drive Up process to fulfill digital guest orders accurately and on time
- Maintain an inviting dining area and engage with guests to meet and exceed Starbucks standards
- Comply with all food safety requirements including temperature monitoring and cleaning tasks
