Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- strong customer service skills
- ability to operate food and beverage preparation equipment
- basic math skills for transaction handling
- availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to learn and follow procedures
Job Qualifications

- prior experience in customer service or food service is a plus
- ability to learn and follow safety and sanitation procedures
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greet customers and take beverage orders
- prepare and serve high-quality coffee and tea beverages
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and work areas
- provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to enhance their experience
- restock products and supplies as needed
- follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- handle transactions and operate point-of-sale systems
