Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages according to Starbucks standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment
- Assist customers with their orders and provide product recommendations
- Handle cash and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently
- Stock and replenish merchandise, pastries, and other food items
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and team members
- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance skills
