Job Requirements
- must be able to read, write, speak and communicate effectively in English
- basic math and computer skills
- must be able to work full-time 40 hours weekly
- availability to work Monday to Sunday including every other weekend
- ability to work the 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. shift
- must adhere to Corewell Health’s vaccine and safety protocols
- ability to operate kitchen equipment and multitask
- must comply with Corewell Health’s drug-free workplace policy
Job Qualifications
- must be able to read, write, speak and communicate effectively in English
- basic math and computer skills
- high school graduate or equivalent preferred
- food service experience preferred
- cash handling experience preferred
Job Duties
- Produce a wide variety of intricate beverage recipes from a complex combination of ingredients according to standardized recipes
- learn and retain beverage ingredients, measurements, and recipes
- work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- multitask to perform duties including recipe production, cash handling, stocking, and sanitation
- operate and clean specialized kitchen equipment and troubleshoot issues
- identify and correct ingredients or finished products that do not meet quality standards
- maintain safety and sanitation standards
- prepare for health department and regulatory inspections
- create personalized customer experiences and fulfill specific customer requests
- perform effective service recovery when necessary
