Job Duties
- Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages according to company standards
- Provide friendly and engaging customer service to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Starbucks station and work area
- Promote and upsell Starbucks products including pastries, food items, and merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines in food preparation and service
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
