Job Requirements
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- climb ladders safely
- scan, handle and move merchandise including lifting up to 44 pounds
- maintain a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays with reliable attendance
- ability to work in varying temperature environments from 34F to -10F
- work in areas with common allergens
- remain mobile throughout scheduled shifts
- comply with food safety, OSHA, and legal regulations
- demonstrate ethical conduct and safety compliance
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- ability to communicate effectively using multiple frequency devices and handheld scanners
- capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- strong problem-solving skills to resolve guest questions promptly
- attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- ability to remain composed and focused in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing fresh and abundant product availability during all hours
- uphold and maintain the execution of Food & Beverage standards
- execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, inventory accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and organizing stock
- support the Starbucks Drive-Up process ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders
- maintain an inviting dining area consistent with Starbucks standards
- engage with guests to exceed expectations through friendly and helpful interaction
- produce handcrafted beverages and food items to Starbucks specifications
- follow all food safety requirements including temperature monitoring
- complete and record cleaning tasks
- identify and process damaged or expired items according to best practices
