Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- willingness to learn and be trained
- ability to provide excellent customer service
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic math and cash handling skills
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications

- previous customer service experience is desirable
- ability to learn and follow beverage preparation methods
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages to customers
- maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- provide friendly and attentive customer service
- operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- promote and sell merchandise and food items
- restock supplies and inventory as needed
- adhere to health and safety standards
