Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and develop barista skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Basic numeracy and cash handling skills
- Commitment to following company policies and safety guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Basic knowledge of coffee and tea beverages is helpful
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages in accordance with company standards
- Provide friendly and engaging customer service to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Assist in restocking and merchandising products
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet store goals
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies
