- Minimum excellent customer service skills

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment
- Treat customers and employees in a fair and ethical manner
- Promote an inclusive work environment
- Ensure timely provision of the right products with fair and accurate pricing
- Demonstrate company core values including respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety
- Prepare beverage selections to recipe and standards and tender transactions
- Maintain knowledge of products and answer customer inquiries
- Collaborate with associates to promote teamwork and achieve store goals
- Offer product samples
- Provide accurate product portions to prevent shrink
- Use coffee shop equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, slicers, ovens, espresso machines, blenders, computerized scales and steamers according to guidelines
- Label, stock and inventory department merchandise
- Check product quality for freshness
- Report product ordering and shipping discrepancies
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and safety procedures
- Notify management of customer or employee accidents and safety risks
- Practice preventive maintenance on equipment
