Job Requirements

Successful completion of high school or equivalent
availability to work any shift including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to food preparation and cleaning
basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
ability to operate cash registers
good interpersonal skills
willingness to follow company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

Team-oriented and adaptable
reliable with good attendance
no previous work experience required but preferred
Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
ability to provide excellent customer service
basic math skills for cash handling
good communication skills
commitment to health and safety standards

Job Duties

Greet customers and take orders
mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
record all sales and operate cash register handling cash, credit card, and electronic payments
clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms, and preparation areas
attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with regularity
maintain safe and healthy working environment
perform other duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
