Job Requirements
- Successful completion of high school or equivalent
- availability to work any shift including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to food preparation and cleaning
- basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- ability to operate cash registers
- good interpersonal skills
- willingness to follow company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- reliable with good attendance
- no previous work experience required but preferred
- Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
- ability to provide excellent customer service
- basic math skills for cash handling
- good communication skills
- commitment to health and safety standards
Job Duties
- Greet customers and take orders
- mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
- record all sales and operate cash register handling cash, credit card, and electronic payments
- clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms, and preparation areas
- attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with regularity
- maintain safe and healthy working environment
- perform other duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
