- Must be 16 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks
- Ability to interact with various individuals daily
Job Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food service or coffee experience a plus but not required
- Ability to learn how to mix a variety of coffee and tea products
- Ability to learn Starbucks product ingredients
- Ability to work with various ingredients including coffee, teas, spices, nuts, flavorings, sauces, and oils
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Perform routine and repetitive tasks
- Ability to interact with various individuals daily
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts
Job Duties
- Ensure efficient and courteous customer service at all times
- Take customer orders and ensure timely completion
- Prepare, bag, pour, and stock Starbucks products
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and associates
- Engage with customers using suggestive selling and product sampling
- Process cash register transactions with the POS system
- Provide quality beverages and food according to recipe standards
