Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to learn quickly
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Job Duties
- Craft beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and engaging attitude
- Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment
- Handle cash and transactions accurately
- Follow store safety and security policies
- Meet quality standards for food and beverage products
- Perform multiple tasks within the store during each shift
