Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred
- Ability to follow Starbucks and Hilton service standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to comply with health and safety regulations
- Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
- Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a barista or in customer service preferred
- Knowledge of Starbucks products and beverage preparation is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling

- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and deliver friendly, personalized service
- Determine customer preferences and needs through active listening
- Create a welcoming café environment reflecting Starbucks mission
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed
- Prepare and serve handcrafted Starbucks beverages according to recipes
- Serve pastries and food items following safety and presentation standards
- Ensure beverage quality, consistency, and presentation
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Starbucks beverages and products
- Educate customers on menu offerings and promotions
- Promote Starbucks products through suggestive selling
- Operate Starbucks equipment safely and correctly
- Maintain inventory and restock supplies as necessary
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of café and equipment
- Follow cash handling and POS procedures accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of café areas
- Adhere to health, safety, and food safety regulations
- Support a safe work environment by following safety policies
- Collaborate with hotel and Starbucks team members
- Participate in Starbucks training and brand updates
- Demonstrate ownership and flexibility including varied shifts
