- Minimum 6 months retail or food service and cash handling experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to put the customer first and deliver excellent customer service
- Ability to build relationships and work as part of a team
- Basic computer skills to navigate organizational software and internet applications

Job Duties
- Create the Starbucks experience for customers by providing prompt and friendly service
- Prepare quality beverages and products according to Starbucks standards
- Maintain a clean and comfortable environment for customers
- Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Complete sales transactions using point-of-sale systems
- Assist in stocking and inventory maintenance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
