Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior food and beverage or coffee/barista experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to stand for prolonged periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- must have a neat and professional appearance
- must be able to maintain punctual attendance

Job Duties
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, providing eye contact and a warm welcome as they enter the coffee shop area
- anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation
- act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of the company
- maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard
- anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues
- deliver legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer
- follow operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all team members during each shift
- maintain a clean and organized workspace so that team members can locate resources and product as needed
- provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
- follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
- maintain regular and punctual attendance
