Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages according to company standards
- Provide friendly and engaging customer service to ensure a memorable customer experience
- Maintain knowledge of menu items including new pastries and food offerings
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and stocked
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
- Promote and sell Starbucks merchandise and unique whole bean products
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy environment
