Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality Starbucks beverages according to company recipes and standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and creating a friendly, welcoming environment
- Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, grinders, and other tools
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including the beverage preparation area, customer seating, and restroom facilities
