Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages to customers with a friendly and customer-focused approach
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Starbucks work area and equipment
- Assist customers with product selections and answer questions about menu items
- Follow Starbucks standards and Albertsons policies for food safety and quality
- Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and product knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Provide excellent service that creates a memorable customer experience
