- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts
- Ability to interact with various levels of individuals daily

- Food service or coffee experience a plus but not required
- Ability to learn how to mix a variety of coffee and tea products
- Ability to learn ingredients used in Starbucks products

Job Duties
- Ensure efficient and courteous customer service at all times
- Take customer orders and ensure timely and accurate completion
- Prepare, bag, pour, and stock Starbucks products
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude toward customers and colleagues
- Engage customers with product information and suggestive selling
- Process transactions using POS system
- Adhere to all recipe and presentation standards for beverages and food
- Operate tools and equipment safely
- Follow food safety and handling procedures
- Attend on-site work during scheduled shifts
