Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Starbucks certified barista
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Physical capability to lift, pull, and push up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Previous Starbucks experience as a certified barista
- Customer service experience
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds)
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare beverages in accordance with Starbucks menu standards
- Fulfill guest orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment at the beverage station
- Provide attentive and friendly customer service
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory and stock management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the Starbucks outlet
