Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • fully conversational in English
  • able to lift 35 pounds in weight
  • must be able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel and crouch
  • must be able to work varied hours/days, nights, weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather conditions
  • must be able to operate kitchen equipment, including espresso machines and grinders, coffee brews ovens, and blenders
  • pay rate 15.75 per hour

Job Duties

  • maintain a calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events to ensure smooth store operations and set a positive example for the shift team
  • assist with new crew training by positively reinforcing successful performance and providing respectful and encouraging coaching as needed
  • deliver the OTG experience to all guests by prioritizing their needs and connecting with them
  • maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure resources are easily located and accessible for the crew
  • provide quality beverages, whole beans, and food products consistently by adhering to recipe and presentation standards
  • follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
  • communicate product shortages, equipment issues, or quality of service problems to the manager on duty immediately
  • maintain a clean, neat, and well-groomed appearance
  • perform other duties as assigned
